Mary E. Weaver M.D.

Born and raised in Mobile, AL.

Graduated from Spring Hill College in 1977 with a B.S., Biology.

Graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham in 1981.

Completed an internship and residency in the UAB Department of Pediatrics at The Children's Hospital of Alabama in 1984.

Spent 4 years in pediatrics practice with Southeastern Pediatrics in Dothan before returning to Birmingham as an Assistant Professor in Pediatrics with the Department of Emergency Medicine at The Children's Hospital.

Returned to Dothan in 1990 and worked in the ER at Flowers Hospital until 2012.

Joined AllSouth full time on October 1, 2012.

Married Terry Pierce of Dothan in 1990. They have 2 sons in college at David Lipscomb University in Nashville, and Wallace Community College in Dothan.

Enjoys spending time with family, theater and dance, reading, sewing, music, all sports (especially tennis and volleyball), the University of Alabama and the Atlanta Braves.

Attends the Westgate Church of Christ.
